This course is your introduction to the world of TRX® suspension training. Learn the central training principles, the most important basic exercises and intensity control techniques to create effective and safe TRX® workouts - in 1:1 personal training as well as in small group training.
Build a solid foundation for your coaching practice and lay the foundation for further TRX® training.
The TRX® Suspension Training course is aimed at fitness trainers, group fitness instructors and physiotherapists who want to use TRX® training professionally and offer their clients a safe, high-quality training experience.
This basic course teaches you the correct handling, the central training principles and a sound introduction to the seven basic movement patterns of suspension training. Building on this, you will work on a wide range of TRX® exercises and learn how to adapt them precisely to different training levels.
Content & learning objectives
- Fundamentals & benefits of TRX® training: origins, training philosophy and areas of application of suspension training
- Correct handling: safe assembly, optimal adjustment and use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer
- Training principles: Working effectively with the seven basic movement patterns
- Exercise selection & intensity design: extensive TRX® exercise pool including progressive and regressive variations
- TRX® Coaching System: introduction to structured coaching for clear movement instructions and clean technique
- Practice-oriented work: Designing your own TRX® exercise plans for 1:1 or small group training

- Without cancellation, the total amount* must be paid!
- A refund of the total amount* will be made in the form of a voucher and only upon presentation of a medical certificate by the participant who is unable to attend
