The TRX® Group Suspension Training Course is aimed at group fitness instructors and coaches who want to use TRX® Suspension Training in group training in a safe, varied and energetic way. You will learn the most important basics of suspension training, a wide range of exercises and TRX® Group Lesson ideas - immediately applicable for exciting and professionally structured course units.

Course requirements
A completed basic training in fitness, sport or physiotherapy or a completed basic training in group fitness, sport or physiotherapy. Completed basic training in group fitness (e.g. from Star Education) or other equivalent prior knowledge in group coaching.
Costs
CHF 325.00 / The training fees must be paid in advance after submitting the course registration.

Cancellation policy:
- No cancellation fees apply up to 30 days before the course.
- 30 to 15 days before the start of the course: 50% of the total amount*
- 15 to 7 days before the start of the course: 80% of the total amount*
- Less than 7 days before the start of the course: 100% of the total amount*
- Without cancellation, the total amount* must be paid!
- A refund of the total amount* will be made in the form of a voucher and only on presentation of a medical certificate by the participant who is unable to attend
