Theraband high resistance bands set of 2 (light)

This set contains 2 high resistance bands with progressive resistance levels in easily recognizable colors; light (red), medium (green). Each band is a 104 cm long and 0.4 cm thick continuous loop, complete with instructions and a recommended training plan. The oval TheraBand indicator shows the band at rest. When the band is stretched to twice its resting length (100% stretch), the indicator is a circle. This helps to improve the user's technique and track progress.
